I think the government is made for these 5 purposes. Number one I think its here to make laws and stuff. Number two probably to enforce laws because theres is no reason to have laws if no one has to ebide by them. Number 3 is to collect taxes. Number 4 reprentation. Number 5 to keep order.
Yes I would because if the government isn't holding up their part of the deal then it should defintely be time for a change. I would try to overthrow the government.

Good list, and a good point about having to enforce laws if you want citizens to abide by them. What do you mean by reprentation?
Could use a little more detail in part II. Some small errors that you can fix for more points, too.
